WSE can undertake the valuation of land and property disposal or acquisition and are specialists in negotiating and acquiring operational leasehold or freehold sites, pipelines easements and associated utility rights. Our RICS qualified staff can value and advise on land damage, crop loss and subsequent land restoration, standing timber, specimen trees and conservation/amenity schemes. A full planning service is available, including leasing with Local Planning Authority Officers, preparation and submission of Local Authority and Department of Trade and Industry consents.

We are able to carry out ground profiles and land surveys for new equipment or safety appraisals of existing equipment and can provide digital imaging and reporting from foot or helicopter patrolling of clients assets.
